Abstract

The research deals with defining the concepts of the theoretical joints on which the interpretive practice of modernists in modern Islamic thought is based, compared with its counterpart in the traditional proposition. The second will address the problematic nature of the practice of interpretation and the motives for this practice. The third will deal with its intellectual authority and its cognitive basis.
