The research deals with defining the concepts of the theoretical joints on which the interpretive practice of modernists in modern Islamic thought is based, compared with its counterpart in the traditional proposition. The purpose of this study is to approach the Mahawian reality of this practice. The question is whether it is in an ethical unit with its traditional counterpart, , So that positions can not be withdrawn from what is heritage on what is modern, including the position in terms of health and corruption and the possibility of religious acceptance in terms of technical - scientific and the resulting thought, and the fact that the original in the (wow) the opposite of the title of the research refers to its hypothesis, Modernist interpretation The first is to deal with the conceptual meaning of the term in terms of subject, area and purpose. The second will address the problematic nature of the practice of interpretation and the motives for this practice. The third will deal with its intellectual authority and its cognitive basis. The research will conclude with the most important results: The practice and its theoretical basis, unless it is adopted on what touches on the theological constants related to the divine nature and the personality of the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) (R), they remain diligent scientifically in the circle of Ijtihad not to stone him.
