Analysis and distribution of commercial land use patterns in the city of Kufa

This study focuses on shedding light on the analysis of the evidence and the types of differences between them, and knowing how these benefits are distributed in all neighborhoods of the city according to type, as the patterns of commercial characteristics are characterized by the consistency of their differences and their extension in their various specializations and services, and what concerns geographical distribution is the spatial distribution of commercial use and its patterns. Among them are (review editing institutions) that choose (first article), (revision editing institutions) that prefer (second place), while (common needs institutions) choose (third place), and (editing and financial institutions) choose (fourth place). Moreover, all of these categories have a number of stores (3517) distributed among (20) neighborhoods and residential areas in the city of Kufa, in varying proportions from one place to another.
