The concept of foreign policy, balance and regional stability is based on several factors and variables, including internal, regional and international factors, as it is determined by the perceptions and how political decision-makers deal with those variables, and the extent of their ability to employ those factors and variables to their advantage to build a positive role in its regional and international environment, and from this standpoint This chapter was divided into two main sections. The first section: The concept of foreign policy: dimensions, determinants, and goals. The second section: The concept of balances in foreign policy.
