Abstract

The problem of the study lies in knowing the detailed technical foundations of Blockchain technology and its main features and terminology that would enhance understanding of how Blockchain can be applied to solve strategic quality management problems by providing health care to the customer (patient). The study also seeks to test the relationship between Blockchain and strategic quality management. This comes through an attempt to bridge or reduce the gap between the two variables, and the research aims to shed light on the role of blockchain technology in enhancing strategic quality management for individuals working in Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) Hospital (the researched organization) and addressing realistic and actual problems that require finding specific solutions., And the awareness of the management of the researched organization in particular, and other organizations in general, of the necessity of paying attention and implementing blockchain technology to improve strategic quality management. (150) questionnaire forms were distributed to an intentional random sample of individuals working on the computer, and (148) were retrieved, and the research results were analyzed and extracted using the program. Statistics (SPSS V.26) and (MS Office Excel 2016), and the study confirmed that there is a correlation between the study variables amounting to (0.609) with (sig = 0.000), as well as the presence of a significant influence relationship between the variables with a strength of influence (t = 9.283) and a value of ( P-Value = 0.000). The researchers recommended the need for the researched organization to adopt blockchain technology, while activating its role in strengthening strategic quality management in terms of providing appropriate services and facilitating their provision to the customer, while holding conferences, scientific seminars, and practical workshops to demonstrate the importance of blockchain technology, as well as conducting more research and studies to learn about it.
