Intellectual Mechanisms for Managing Pluralism in Iraq after 2003

The research focused on the contemporary intellectual mechanisms for managing pluralism as a modern phenomenon of political life in a socially and ethnically diverse state. It expresses a set of organizational procedures through which groups can transfer their problems to official institutions. Originally, it emerged and was formed due to the diversity and difference of societies. This process developed with the development of life and emerged in the Arab world in the fifties of the twentieth century. However, it gradually began to move away from achieving real participation of groups. This has led to confrontation, setbacks, and major difficulties In managing pluralism in the Arab reality, especially in Iraqi society. It has become clear that a state with multiple nationalities, sects, and religions must follow intellectual mechanisms emanating from its shared philosophical, religious, social, cultural, and historical reality, to contribute to managing pluralism and achieving security and political stability, starting with shared social constants. This is a stage that precedes the stage of democracy, decentralization, and the transfer of power, among other contemporary mechanisms.
