The study aims to study the dimension of deliberation, and one of the most important issues in the deliberative lesson, which is the issue of "call-to-action". Its function is to make the listener aware of the literal meaning of the phrase, its rules and its violation in the light of the principles of cooperation, And the principle of quality, the principle of method, and the principle of relevance in the code of value (approach to rhetoric) for the whims of moral wealth, linguistic energy as well as a valid behavioral curriculum; so the study on the commandments of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
