The concept of total quality management is one of the events of administrative concepts that are based on a set of ideas and principles that any department can adopt in order to achieve the best possible performance, and many researchers and writers have differed about the most prominent definition of total quality, and despite the multiplicity of concepts for total quality management, the researchers agreed to highlight many of the basic aspects of total quality management.
