الارهاب واثر مكافحته على حقوق الانسان

Abstract

اشتمل البحث (   الإرهاب  واثر مكافحته على حقوق الانسان   ) ظاهرة عصفت بالعالم منذ القرن الجديد رغم كونها ظاهرة قديمة إلا انها لم تظهر وبشكل خطير وواضح إلا في الفترة الأخيرة . تناول البحث صور الإرهاب من خطف والاغتيالات واختطاف السفن . ثم عرج البحث على الدور المهم لأمم المتحدة في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب من اجل تحقيق السلام والأمن فأصدرت عدة قرارات في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب منها اتفاقية جنيف لسنة 1936 . وتناول البحث اشكال الإرهاب في كل من العراق وليبيا ويختتم  البحث محاوله ايجاد الحلول في تقليل هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة من خلال مساهمة الجميع في محاربه الإرهاب .A search (combating terrorism and the impact on human rights)phenomenon swept the world since the new century, despite beingan old phenomenon, but it did not appear and seriously and clearonly in the recent period. The research forms of terrorism ofkidnapping, assassinations and hijackings. Then he stoppedresearch on the important role of the United Nations in the fight against terrorism in order to achieve peace and security has issuedseveral decisions in the fight against terrorism, including the Geneva Convention of 1936. The research forms of terrorism in both Iraq and Libya, and concludes with an attempt to find solutions to reduce this dangerous phenomenon through the contribution of everyone in the fight against terrorism
