دور الذكاء العاطفي في تحسين عملية التخطيط التربوي دراسة تحليلية من وجهة نظر المخططين التربويين
This study aims to determine the role of Emotional Intelligence as (Self Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Public Relations) upon employees performance in Educational Planning Departments with its dimensions (Vision, Mission, Goals, Policies), for Iraqi cities except Kurdistan state, to analyze the effect of both factors of this survey, the study desire to get answers for the following question's, Is there impact for Emotional Intelligence to employers performance for Educational Planning Departments? Is the Emotional Intelligence develop their performance? Is there significant moral statistic between the research factors?
The research use primary data in value (113) employees questioner in Educational Planning Departments for Iraq cities, And asking (40) questions to discover the study aspect, with prepared with some of (). Stability of research was tested by Cronbach's Alpha at (90.7%). The research got there is big role for Emotional Intelligence to develop the employees performance at Educational Planning Departments. And there significant moral statistic between its factors. And significant impact between them.
