Results: The results showed that there is support, attribution, and a significant role for positive communicative behavior in contributing to enhancing the psychological compatibility of the research sample workers. Scientific Implications: Employing the findings of the research in adopting the research organization (the three municipal districts in the districts of Al-Nasr, Al-Rifai and Al-Shatrah) in Dhi Qar Governorate for the dimensions of positive communication behavior, which contributes to enhancing the psychological adjustment of workers at the level of the sub-variables of this dependent variable.
