تأثير المستخلصات العضوية لأوراق نبات الياس في نمو نباتي الحنطةTriticum aestivum والرويطة Lolium rigidum
Abstract
أجريت تجربه في محطة أبحاث الرز في ناحية المشخاب /محافظة النجف لاختبار تأثير المستخلصات العضوية لأوراق نبات الياس بالكحول الاثيلي وخلات الاثيل والهكسان وبتراكيز 2.5 ، 5.0، 10.0 ، 20.0 ملغم / مل ماء إضافة إلى معاملة المقارنة في نمو بادرات الحنطة والرويطة .أوضحت النتائج إن لمستخلص خلات الاثيل تأثيرا تثبيطيا معنويا في المجموع الخضري لنباتي الحنطة والرويطة مقارنة مع بقية المستخلصات العضوية الأخرى.كما أن جميع التراكيز المستعملة من المستخلصات قد ثبطت طول المجموعين الخضري والجذري لباردات الحنطة والرويطة ماعدا تركيز 2.5 ملغم /مل هكسان الذي اظهر تأثيرا مشجعا لنمو بادرات الحنطة فقط .
