تاثيرالسكر المتعدد الدهني Lipopolysaccharide المستخلص من بكتيريا Escherichia coli على نمو أمامي السوط لطفيلي اللشمانيا الجـــــلديةpromastigote Leishmania tropica خارج الجسم الحي In vitro
Abstract
تم في هذة الدراسة اختبار قدرة السكر المتعدد الدهني Lipopolysaccharide لبكتيريا E.coli على تثبيط نمو أمامي السوط لطفيلي اللشمانيا الجلدية tropica L. خارج الجسم الحي . بينت النتائج ان السكر المتعدد الدهني المستخلص يمتلك قدرة فائقة وبمختلف التراكيز على نمو اماميات السوط . اذ اظهر التركيز 100 مايكروغرام / مل نسبة تثبيط 41 % بينما كان في التركيزيين 25 , 250 مايكروغرام /مل 50 % تقريبا (مثلت L.D.50 ) .اما في الـتراكيز 50 مايكروغرام / مل فكانت 67 % , فضلا عن التركيزيين 75 ,500 مايكروغرام/ مل إذ اظهرا أعلى نسبة تثبيط وهي 78 % ,85 % على التوالي . وكان لمستخلص السكر المتعدد الدهني نفس التاثير المثبط على عدد الخلايا وعدد الاجيالDownloads
