Influence of punica granatumL. peel and Vitis vinifera L. leaves extraction with cow milk allergen causing atopy in rabbits
Abstract
Fifty six rabbits injected with cow milk allergen caused atopy, high eosinophils and white blood cells appeared . Two types of plants peel of punica grunatum and leaves of Vitis vinifera in this study . Three types of solvent used (methanol, water and ethanol) for hot extraction . Ethanol extraction was the best(P≤ 0.05) at dosage 1.5ml/kg in concentration 200mg /kg for two type of plant leading decreased the count of eosinophils at (0.4286±0.53452) white blood cells at (1.4286± 1.61835 × 103) in peel p. grunatum extraction, and eosinophiles count at (0.2857 ±0.48795) , white blood cells at (1.0000 ±1.052753× 103 ) in leaves Vitis vanifera extraction.
