دراسة تأثير مستخلص الاثيلي والمائي لاوراق نباتي الخروع Ricinus communis والطماطة Lycopersicom esculyntum في بعض جوانب الأداء الحياتي لبعوض Culex pipeins
Abstract
اجريت الدراسة في مختبر الدراسات العليا في كلية العلوم – جامعة الكوفة للفترة من 2008/2/1 الى 2008/8/1 وتظمنت اختبار تأثير مستخلصات اوراق نبات الخروع R. communis والطماطة Lycopersicom esculyntum في بعض جوانب الأداء الحياتي لبعوضC. pipeins واخذت نسب هلاك الأدوار غير(البالغة)لبعوض C. pipeins كمعاير للتقييم . تفوقت مستخلصات الماء المغلي لأوراق نبات الخروع R. communis على اوراق الطماطة Lycopersicom esculyntum بتأثيرها في نسب هلاك الطور اليرقي الاول للحشرة بمعدل 83 % بتركيز 20 ملغم /مل ، كذلك المستخلص الايثانولي لاوراق نبات الخروع على المائي وكانت نسب هلاك العذارى والبيوض والاطوار اليرقية الاول والثاني والثالث والرابع(54و 42و93 و90 و82 و65)% على التوالي مقارنة مع 0 % في معاملة السيطرةDownloads
