When epidemics swept Egypt and the Levant during the centuries during the study, they left great effects on the economic and administrative life at the time, causing three crises that were almost simultaneous to fall on the heads of members of society over the years in which those epidemics occurred. As soon as the epidemic crisis occurred, it was followed by a severe economic crisis , then an administrative crisis in most of the state’s administrations hits them, and the same is the case if an economic crisis occurs, such as a lack of food and severe famine, followed immediately by large outbreaks of epidemics among people, and then the administrative situation of the two countries is disturbed, and this is what the people of Egypt and the Levant used to have at the time, and that What this study will address, God willing.
