Publication Policy

The policy of the Journal of the College of Education for Girls for Humanities prohibits the author from submitting the same research for evaluation in two or more journals at the same time. It is also prohibited to publish any research that has already been published, whether in whole or in large part, elsewhere. It is also not permitted to publish fully published research.

Code of conduct:

The Journal of the College of Education for Girls for Humanities takes seriously the responsibility of all its journal publications to reflect the highest publishing ethics, which journal editors must adhere to the journal’s code of ethics.

Originality:

The author must ensure that the research submitted to the Journal of the College of Education for Girls for Humanities is an original work, and the author must use a plagiarism checking tool such as Turnitin or any other program to check for any possible scientific plagiarism before sending the research to the journal.

The acceptable similarity range for a journal is 20%. Searches that have a similarity rate of more than 20% will be rejected. Papers with a similarity score of 20-39% will be resubmitted to the author for review. Searches that have a similarity score of 20% or less will be approved.

Peer review policy:

The Journal of the College of Education for Girls for Humanities relies on a double-blind research review system. Each assessment will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in their fields to ensure an unbiased assessment process. The Editorial Board will invite an external, independent editor to manage the evaluations of research submitted by the editors or members of the editorial board of the journal. The editor-in-chief is the final authority in the decision-making process for all contributions.

Lost time:

A decision on acceptance or rejection of the research will be reached within two weeks. The time period from submitting the research to its acceptance is usually approximately two months.
