The current research tests the relationship of the effect of Wakefulness leadership on rumors in the workplace through the characteristics possessed by the awake leader that contribute to reducing rumors in the research sample. A simple random sample consisting of (136) individuals working in the Kufa cement factory was selected, and the questionnaire was relied on. As a data collection tool, the research sought to know the nature of the correlation and influence relationship between the variables of the research, and several statistical analyzes of the data were adopted, including Alpha Core, the weighted, the standard deviation, the arithmetic mean, the simple correlation coefficient and the regression analysis using the statistical program (SPSS VR.26). The importance of the research is determined The current limited studies that show the relationship between Wakefulness leadership variables and rumors in the workplace) as well as addressing a realistic problem that affects the individuals working in the Kufa Cement Factory. Wakefulness leadership behaviors because of their great role in reducing rumors in the workplace.
