Abstract

The current study aims at the possibility of knowing the effect of empowering leadership in career prosperity through the mediating role of organizational virtue. and borrowing, treasurers and storekeepers) and from various disciplines, and the results concluded that there is a direct impact of empowering leadership on career prosperity, and there is a direct impact of organizational virtue on career prosperity. Transparency based on honesty and empowerment among the employees of the surveyed banks and from the various jobs they practice, which help and facilitate the requirements of job work in light of the existing and current conditions.
