Strategic insight and its impact on avoiding strategic drift. An exploratory study of a sample of private Iraqi commercial banks in Baghdad

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of strategic insight in avoiding strategic drift in a sample of private commercial banks in Baghdad Governorate. The importance of the research lies in the scarcity of research that dealt with strategic insight and its role in avoiding strategic drift in a sample of private banks. This research is considered one of the first studies that address a real problem that affects organizations, which is strategic drift.
