The current research aims to [study the sociology of effective leadership and its role in addressing creative tension in the General Hospital in Baqubah and the possibility of successfully applying these two dimensions in the government sector of the city of Baqubah, represented by the General Hospital in Baqubah. The research problem came down to the main question, which is whether the sociology of effective leadership has a relationship and impact. It has significant statistical significance in treating creative tension in the General Hospital in Baqubah, and the research problem reflected important hypotheses, which are “the existence of a correlation and influence between the sociology of effective leadership and its role in treating creative tension in the General Hospital in Baqubah. And on the basis of hypotheses, and in order to enrich the research with data And the information that places the research at the level of achieving goals. This data and information was obtained from references, sources, and periodicals related to the research concepts. On the analytical side, it was collected using many statistical methods, represented by (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression coefficient, and linear regression). ) which analyzes the research concepts and the most important dimensions related to the research topic in a way that enables them to be answered accurately.
The research population was chosen, which represents the potential sample, which is the General Hospital in Baqubah. The research sample of (88) respondents was selected, which targeted decision makers in the General Hospital in Baqubah.
The results of the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the awareness of the senior leadership in the researched company about the sociology of effective leadership and its role in addressing creative tension. The results of the field analysis also indicated the existence of a significant relationship of influence for the sociology of effective leadership and its role in addressing creative tension.
