The general economic impacts of digital transformation in the third millennium

The term digital transformation has become very popular in recent years among managers, experts and relevant consultants because of its great importance in organizational changes as a result of technological developments. It refers to the use of digital technologies to create value and change the style and model of work. This research sought to study the impact of digital transformation technology. In improving the strategic performance of the economic institution, this effect is clearly evident through changing and developing structures, processes, management of institutions, improving production methods and how to develop them, and in view of the radical developments taking place in the international business environment, represented by the phenomenon of trade liberalization, the great development in information and communications, the intensity of competition, and globalization. Technology and the quality of services are the most decisive field in achieving the goals of organizations, and achieving competitive advantage can only be achieved by providing a high level of performance that is consistent with the requirements and desires of the beneficiaries, which demonstrates the increasing interest in the quality of products and services on an ongoing basis.
