Abstract

This research sought to study the role of digital transformation through its dimensions (organization strategy, organizational culture, transformational leadership, human resources) (Al-Abadi, 2019: 32) in promoting organizational excellence represented by (knowledge excellence, service excellence, financial excellence, administrative excellence) Based on Aldalimy, 2019:5), and in order to achieve the purposes of the research, the necessary information for the field side was obtained through a questionnaire, which was distributed to a sample of (100) employees. Subjecting the obtained data to a number of statistical analyzes, and one of the most important conclusions reached by the research was the existence of an important role for digital transformation in promoting organizational excellence, and one of the most important recommendations was the need to benefit from the experiences of international banks in this field to promote modern methods of banking work and respond to digital challenges
