Abstract

With a total of (66) participants, a detailed inventory approach was employed to conduct the study with the aim of determining how the Durrat Al Khaleej Sanitary Water Bottling Company in the Basra Governorate of Iraq supported environmental management systems as a dependent variable. Only (55) of the valid surveys, with an 83% recovery rate, could be located .

The study's findings were as follows: the level of application of communities of practice obtained an agreement rate and a mean of (3.47), the availability of the dimensions of environmental management systems came with a mean of (3.87), and the level of application of clean production technology came with a mean of (3.47). (3.72). The study came to the conclusion that it would be advantageous to increase the level of implementation of communities of practice and clean production technology.

The study recommends that the company's management endeavor to enhance dependence on and achieve greater synergy amongst the various communities of practice. Additionally, it advises investing a percentage of the company's earnings and capital expenditures in order to improve compliance with environmental regulations and clean production methods. In order to improve the growth of the company's business, it concludes by recommending the adoption of contemporary management approaches.
