The Impact of smart leadership in achieving strategic success:An analytical study in Directorate of Education in Najaf Governorate

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of smart leadership in achieving strategic success, the research was applied in the General Directorate of Education in Najaf Governorate, a random sample of (101) members of the upper and middle management was selected. A questionnaire was adopted for collecting the Data. The research used a set of statistical methods in data analysis such as correlation coefficients, regression and structural modeling. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: Strategic success is one of the most critical goals for public sector organizations, that wich requires the elements that achieves it through the smart leadership.
