Abstract

This study aims to test the direct impact of the Intelligent quality management system in the green operations strategies in the Kufa Cement Plant.

The main problem of the study is the low level of the implementation of green operations strategies in the Plant, due to a defect in the application of the intelligence quality management system. Many questions emerged about the availability of these variables, and the relationships between them.

To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted by designing a questionnaire and distributing it to the managers and engineers who working in the Plant, the number of them (168) individuals.

The number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis were (157), which analyzed according to the Partial Least Squares Structural Modeling method by using SmartPLS v.3.3.2 program.

The results showed a direct positive significant effect of Intelligent quality management system on strategies of green operations. And Intelligent quality management system is applied, but not the good level in Plant, therefore the need to focus more on the application of the process mining algorithm in order to data mining of quality control and come up with new knowledge that benefits quality practices.
