Abstract

The current study aims to test the relationship of the spiral of knowledge with organizational diffusion in the Medical City Department/Baghdad, as well as diagnosing the level of interest of the Medical City Department in the study variables and their sub-dimensions. The study adopted the descriptive, exploratory, and analytical approach to fulfill the requirements of the study, as the study was applied to a sample of consulting doctors in the field Subspecialty, represented by specialized surgical teams (cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, kidney surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, oncology surgery, gynecological surgery, pediatric surgery, diagnostic laparoscopic surgery), so the sample was a quota, and the researcher distributed (146) questionnaires to them, He was able to retrieve (109) questionnaires, and upon separation, (101) of them were valid questionnaires for surveying their opinions about the variables of the study. He used a number of statistical programs (AMOS V.25 - SPSS V.26 - SMART PLS V.3.3) to analyze the primary data with the adoption of tools Descriptive and inferential statistics to test the data and study hypotheses. The statistical analysis showed a number of results, the most prominent of which was the presence of a statistically significant effect of the knowledge spiral on organizational diffusion in the Medical City Department.
