Abstract

    The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the technology strategy in improving the quality of petroleum products in the Southern Refineries Company in Basra. Through the Khoironi et al., 2018 model), which includes six dimensions (performance, features, compatibility, reliability, durability, perceived quality), the questionnaire was used as a basic tool for collecting data and research information. The researchers used a set of statistical methods for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of the research data. And testing its hypotheses from descriptive and inferential analysis methods, and many conclusions were reached through the research, the most important of which was the company’s interest in the research community in applying the dimensions of the technology strategy in the field, which contributed to improving the quality of petroleum products. South Refineries Company The importance of clearly and accurately formulating the technology strategy because of its role in improving the quality of the company's oil products.
