Task-oriented leadership and its role in achieving sustainable production

The current study aimed mainly to test the effect of task-oriented leadership and its role in achieving sustainable production, as a serious attempt to bridge or reduce the knowledge gap in explaining the nature of the relationship between these variables by analyzing the nature of the relationships between them by surveying the opinions of a selected sample from the Maysan Oil Company. To achieve this goal, the questionnaire was used as a main tool to collect the required data by distributing it using a purposive sampling method. The researcher distributed (317) questionnaires to the oil company employees, and all of them were retrieved and analyzed using a number of statistical tests available within the two statistical programs, SPSS V23 and AMOS. V23 The study then reached a set of statistical results, represented by the presence of a positive and significant effect of task-oriented leadership, and there also appeared to be a positive and significant effect of sustainable production.
