Abstract

The research aims to identify the risks of some financial instruments and their reflective range on the companies’ performance listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange, the sample was represented by some banks listed in the regular market, which are (The Iraqi Commercial Bank, Bank of Baghdad, Islamic Bank, Middle East Bank, Investment Bank of Iraq, National Bank of Iraq, Sumer Commercial Bank) for the period (2011-2020), and the study relied on a set of statistical methods such as the regression analysis method and the structural modeling method in arriving at causal relationships and determining the level of influence between indicators. The research concluded that the effect of cash flow risks is the most influential in The companies’ performance listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange
