Abstract

The current research aims to explore the impact of environmental management values on the decision-making process along its dimensions (task or work factor, objectivity factor, context factor). The Iraqi government insurance companies (National Insurance Company, Reinsurance Company, Iraqi Insurance Company) were chosen as a community to conduct the current research. The research problem was represented by the question: What is the impact of environmental management values on the decision-making process within the companies in the research sample? . In order to answer the question posed, (366) questionnaires were distributed to workers in the aforementioned companies, and (297) questionnaires were retrieved from them and were subjected to statistical analysis, using statistical programs, which were (SMARTPLS, SPSS V 24). The research found that there is a significant, statistically significant influence relationship between environmental management values in the decision-making process.
