The Research Aims To Determine The Nature Of The Correlation And Influence Relationships Between The Smart Leadership And Organizational Proactiveness Through The Mediating Role Of The Entrepreneurship Strategy, Based On A Basic Problem That Was Diagnosed After Questions That Included The Extent To Which The Influence Relations Were Perceived At The Field Level. The Smart Leadership Variable Was Measured In Three Dimensions: (Emotional Intelligence, Rational Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence) ,The Organizational Proactiveness Was Measured In Three Dimensions: (Proactive Behavior, Strategic Behavior, And Orientation Towards Competitors), The Entrepreneurship Strategy Was Measured In Five Dimensions (Perception And Discovery, Creativity, Initiative, Risk Taking, And Rapid Response)., And Karbala Cement Factory Was Chosen As A Field For Research Through A Questionnaire Distributed On (102) Members Of Its Administrative And Technicians Staff, Was Done Use Of Confirmatory Factor Analysis , A Set Of Measures Of Statistical Descriptive , Rank Correlation Coefficient (Pearson), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) , , These Methods Have Been Used By Statistical Software (SPSS ; Amos), The Research Reached Several Conclusions, The Most Important Of Which Is That The entrepreneurial strategy variant plays a holistic mediating role between intelligent leadership and organizational proactiveness Of The Researched Organization. The Research Was Concluded With A Number Of Appropriate Recommendations
