Abstract

The current study aimed to determine the extent of the impact of electronic management of human resources in its dimensions (electronic planning for human resources, electronic selection and recruitment, electronic learning and development, electroni  performance assessment, and electronic compensation) on green technical creativity based on this design of a practical scheme based on a main hypothesis In order to test it statistically using the statistical program (Smart Pls V.3.3.923.SPSS Ver). Whereas the problem of the study was that the company under study had a desire to adopt such topics in light of the global trend in preserving the environment and in line with the directives of the Iraqi Ministry of Environment, which emphasizes preserving the environment and reducing waste by adopting the philosophy of electronic human resources management and its role in adopting creativity green tech. The study was applied in the North Oil Company on a sample of 157 individuals. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant effect of electronic human resources management on green technical creativity. Based on the conclusions of the study, the researcher was able to formulate a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to encourage companies in general and productivity in particular to pay attention to electronic management in all its functions and departments because it is an important and vital entrance that plays a strategic role through the good use of various resources, reducing time, effort and money and improving the site the organization.
