Strategic innovation and its role in enhancing organizational commitment in organizations

The aim of the research is to discover the nature of the relationship between strategic innovation and organizational commitment. The research was built on two main hypotheses, three sub-hypothesis emerged from each main hypothesis. For the data obtained by means of a questionnaire form that was distributed to a sample of (75) employees at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kufa, and (71) forms were retrieved, and after examining them, it was found that the number of valid forms for statistical analysis was (68) forms, i.e. a retrieval rate of (93%). The research included four topics, the first topic is the scientific methodology of the research, the second topic is the theoretical side, the third topic is the applied side, and finally the fourth topic came conclusions and recommendations.
