Abstract

Financial inclusion is one of the important topics that financial institutions in general and banking institutions in particular seek to achieve in order to serve the largest segment of society in order to achieve societal acceptance by contributing to poverty reduction and providing access to financial services through the development in communication technologies represented by automated teller machines And the Internet, as it contributes to the speed of service provision, as the research came to shed light on these two variables (communication technologies and financial inclusion), and reached conclusions and recommendations, among the most important results: The social role that gives males a greater role in social and economic life. As for the recommendations, the most important of them are “adopting digital finance in financing to expedite the provision of financial services and include the largest number of citizens.
