Abstract

This study aimed to know and analyze the role of digital transformation in enhancing the quality of digital banking services, at the National Bank of Egypt and Al-Mansour Investment Bank of Iraq. The questionnaire tool was used as a means of collecting data to test the hypotheses of the study using appropriate statistical methods provided by the Statistical Software Service (SPSS), and the study reached a group Among the results and recommendations, the most important is that there is a strong correlation between digital transformation and the quality of digital banking services, as well as a positive moral effect of digital transformation on the quality of banking services.
