The degree of practicing strategic thinking styles among educational leadership at Tikrit University, a comparative study between scientific and humanities colleges

Abstract

The present research aimed to identify the extent of the practice of academic leaders, heads of scientific departments to patterns of strategic thinking (a comprehensive thinking, abstract thinking, diagnostic reasoning, thinking diagram)

Are there differences in the views of academic leaders about the strategic thinking in colleges humanitarian and scientific researchsample patterns? Tikrit University was chosen field of research and testing of hypotheses were used questionnaire form a key tool in the collection of data relating to the field side of the study and the total sample size (30) head of science department.
