Golden Thinking Role in Promoting Innovative Behavior in the Workplace: An analytical survey study of a sample of workers in Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between golden thinking and innovative behavior in the workplace, within the context of Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital in Najaf. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, which allows the researcher to describe the problem, collect data, and then analyze it. The nature of the relationships between variables was analyzed through a survey of the opinions of a sample of nurses at Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital in Najaf. A questionnaire was used as the primary tool to collect the required data using validated measures. The researcher distributed (275) paper questionnaires to nurses at Al-Sadr Medical Hospital in Najaf, and (260) questionnaires were retrieved. Statistical analysis of the data was conducted using a number of statistical tests available within the statistical programs AMOSv.24 and SPSS.26. The results demonstrated a positive impact of golden thinking on improving innovative behavior in the workplace. Consequently, the researcher calls on all interested researchers to conduct further studies and research in various Iraqi or other organizations.
