The research aims to find the relationship between the independent variable, human resource management strategies, with its dimensions (attraction and appointment, training and development, motivation, performance evaluation), and the dependent variable, sustainable organizational performance, with its dimensions (economic, social, environmental performance). The research problem was represented by the following question (What is the relationship between human resource management strategies and sustainable organizational performance) for a sample of employees of the College of Administration and Economics / University of Kufa). The importance of the research was clarified through the results reached by the research through an analysis of the opinions of the research sample, represented by (85) respondents from employees and as a community of more than (85) employees, by adopting the questionnaire form prepared according to the five-point Likert scale. Descriptive statistical methods were used, including the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, as well as analytical statistical methods, including linear regression and correlation coefficient, using the (SPSS) and (AMOS) programs. A set of conclusions was reached, the most important of which was that human resource management strategies as a whole play a pivotal role in enhancing performance. Sustainable organizational performance, confirming that investing in these strategies is a crucial factor in achieving sustainable development at the college.
