دور السياسة الإنتاجية والسعرية للنفط الخام في العراق والمملكة العربية السعودية والتحديات التي تواجهها

تواجه السياسة النفطية في السعودية تحديات داخلية وخارجية التي من الممكن لها تأثير كبير على مكانة السعودية كدولة رائدة في أسواق النفط العالمية واهم هذة التحديات انتقال الطلب على النفط من الغرب إلى الشرق وكذلك دور السعودية كمتحكم رئيسي في توافر كميات النفط في العالم يمكن إن يتراجع بسبب تخزين النفط بطرق غير تقليدية وغير مسبوقة في أمريكا الشمالية وزيادة الاستهلاك للنفط في السعودية من دون إي ضوابط من شأنة إن يهدد مكانتها في أسواق النفط العالمية وتزايد إنتاج النفط العراقي يمكن إن يحد من سيطرة السعودية على منظمة الدول المنتجة للنفط أوبك . ويوجد في المملكة العربية السعودية (49) حقل نفطي و(28) حقل غاز وأما في العراق يوجد (73) حقل نفطي حيث لم يتم تطوير سوى (15) حقل ويعد النفط العراقي هو الأرخص عالمياً من حيث التكاليف اللازمة لتطويره وإنتاجه وقربه من سوقين استهلاكيين هما أوروبا عن طريق منافذ البحر الأبيض وآسيا عن طريق منافذ الخليج العربي ، وتقدر الاحتياطيات المؤكدة من النفط الخام في العراق حوالي (4. 141) مليار برميل والسعودية تقدر احتياطياتها المؤكدة من النفط الخام حوالي (4. 265) مليار برميل لعام 2013.
Summary
Facing oil policy in Saudi Arabia internal and external challenges that could have a significant impact on the status of Saudi Arabia as a leader in the global oil markets and the most important of these challenges transmission oil demand from west to east, as well as the role of Saudi Arabia Kmtgm mainly in the availability of the quantities of oil in the world that could fall due to storage Oil and non-traditional ways unprecedented in North America and increased consumption of oil in Saudi Arabia without any controls would threaten its position in the global oil markets and increasing Iraqi oil production could limit the control of the Saudi Organization for oil-producing countries of OPEC. There are in Saudi Arabia (49) oil field and (28) gas field and, in Iraq there are (73) oil field with no development only (15) field is Iraqi oil is the cheapest globally in terms of the cost required for its development, production and proximity to markets Asthlakyin namely Europe through ports Mediterranean and Asia through ports of the Arabian Gulf, and the estimated proven reserves of crude oil in Iraq about (4.141) billion barrels, Saudi Arabia, estimated proven reserves of crude oil around (4.265) billion barrels in 2013.
