تحسين أداء محققي هيأة النزاهة باستخدام نموذج ديمنك - دراسة حالة في مكتب تحقيق النجف الاشرف

المستخلص
جاءت فكرة البحث الحالي من منطلق الدور الفعال والمهم للتحسين المستمر في رفع أداء المحققين. وذلك قبالة التلكؤ أو عدم متابعة امكانية تطوير عمل هؤلاء الأفراد، لذا هدف البحث إلى توضيح العلاقة بين التحسين المستمر ورفع الأداء بما يساهم في اتخاذ القرارات اللازمة لتطوير واقع حال مكتب تحقيق النجف الأشرف بما يتناسب مع أهدف هيأة النزاهة.
قد اعتمد البحث المنهج التحليلي الوصفي كمنهج لدراسة المشكلة باستعمال برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS V.21) أذ خضعت الاستبانة للصدق والثبات للتأكد من صحة النتائج. وتوصل البحث لمجموعة من الاستنتاجات من بينها إن مكتب تحقيق النجف من الممكن أن يحقق تحسين ورفع الأداء عبر التحسين المستمر وهذه النتائج جاءت متطابقة مع الفرضيات.
Abstract
The current study idea came from point of the effective and important role for continuous improvement in performance. Vs. delay or not to pursue the possibility of developing the work of these individuals, so the study objective illustrate the relationship between continuous improvement and raise performance to take the necessary decisions to develop reality Najaf investigations commensurate with the aims of Commission of integrity. And descriptive analytic study has adopted as a method to study the problem using statistical analysis software (SPSS V.21) having undergone questionnaire validity and reliability to ensure the validity of results.
And this study found a set of conclusions like the Najaf Office could achieve improving performance through continuous improvement and that the results were consistent with hypotheses.
