Abstract

المستلخص:
یهدف هذا البحث إلى التحري عن طبیعة العلاقة بین النسیان التنظیمي وتدهور المقد ا رت الوظیفیة
في شركات الاتصالات المتنقلة في الف ا رت الاوسط من الع ا رق. وبالإعتماد على طریقة العینة الطبقیة
العشوائیة تم توزیع ( 250 ) إستبانة على موظفي عینة من شركات الاتصالات المتنقلة في المنطقة
الف ا رت الاوسط من الع ا رق، وكان عدد الإستبانات المسترجعة ( 193 ) إستبانة، منها ( 184 ) إستبانة
AMOS صالحة للتحلیل الإحصائي وبمعدل إستجابة (% 74 )، وتم تحلیلها بوساطة الب ا رمج الإحصائیة
ولقد أظهرت النتائج النظریة للبحث ان هناك فجوة معرفیة لتفسیر طبیعة العلاقة .SPSS v و 20 v20
بین متغی ا رت النسیان التنظیمي وتدهور المقد ا رت الوظیفیة في المنظمات بشكل عام وفي شركات
الاتصالات المتنقلة بشكل خاص. اما فیما یخص النتائج العلمیة للبحث هناك علاقة تأثیر مباشرة بین
(النسیان التنظیمي وتدهور المقد ا رت الوظیفیة). تبرز أهمیة هذا البحث الى ندرة الد ا رسات التي حاولت
تحدید ومعرفة طبیعة العلاقة بین متغی ا رت (النسیان التنظیمي وتدهور المقد ا رت الوظیفیة)، وكذلك
محاولة البحث الحالي معالجة مشكلة واقعیة تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على قطاع الاتصالات المتنقلة في
الف ا رت الاوسط من الع ا رق.
Abstract
The aim of this research was to investigation of nature of the relationship
between organizational forgetting and deterioration of functional capabilities in
a sample of mobile companies in the middle Euphrates region of Iraq. Relying
on stratified random sampling method, were distributed (250) questionnaire to
the staff in a sample of mobile companies in the middle Euphrates region of
Iraq. The number of questionnaires recovered (193) questionnaire, while valid
for statistical analysis were (184) questionnaire and the response rate (74%),
were analyzed by statistical programs AMOS v.20 & SPSS v.20. There is a gap
of knowledge to explain the nature of the relationship between organizational
forgetting and deterioration of functional capabilities in a sample of mobile
companies in the middle Euphrates region of Iraq. There is a direct effect
between the organizational forgetting and deterioration of the functional
capabilities. Due to the scarcity of studies have attempted to identify and know
the nature of the relationship between the (organizational forgetting and
deterioration of the functional capabilities), this research was to address the
problem of realistic directly effect in a sample of mobile companies in the
middle Euphrates region of Iraq.
