القومي للدولة ومن جهة اخرى اعتماد الدولة على ماتنفقه من اموال مصدرها النفط حیث یعني الاقتصاد
الریعي اعتماد الدولة على مصدر واحد للدخل وهذا القطاع هو مصدر اساسي للعملة الاجنبیة ودعم
می ا زن المدفوعات وكذلك اهمیة الموارد النفطیة تكمن بكونها تساهم في تمویل التنمیة الاقتصادیة للقطر
وبما ان الع ا رق یعتبر جسر حیوي في المنطقة لما یتمتع به من امكانیات یمكن اذا تم توضیفها وادارتها
