دراسة جدوى لمشروع مدرسة ذكية ابتدائية في قضاء الكوفة

         المدرسة الذكية نمط متطور من المدارس التي تستخدم التكنولوجيا الحديثة والانترنت كأساس في منهاج عملها مع المحافظة على النمط التفاعلي بين المعلم والمتعلم , وتعتبر المدرسة الذكية مشروع تربوي ناهض في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة .ونظراً للحاجة الماسة الى اقامة مثل هذه المدارس في العراق وفي محافظة النجف على وجه الخصوص تم في هذا البحث دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية لإقامة مدرسة ذكية في محافظة النجف وذلك بتطبيق معايير الربحية عليها حيث تم جمع البيانات وتقدير التكاليف والايرادات والتوصل الى ربحية المشروع وذلك بتطبيق خمسة من معايير الربحية التجارية وهي :-

• معيار فترة الاسترداد.
• معيار متوسط معدل العائد الداخلي.
• معيار صافي القيمة الحالية.
• معيار دليل الربحية او القيمة الحالية العائد/التكاليف.
• معيار المعدل الداخلي للعائد.

وقد تم التوصل الى ان مشروع المدرسة الذكية مجدٍ اقتصادياً.

    Smart school is a sophisticated pattern of schools using modern technology and the

 Internet as the success of their work while maintaining the interactive mode between The Teacher and the learner is an educational project agonist contribute to the overall development. Given the need to establish such school in Iraq and in the province of Najaf, in particular , and in this study the economic feasibility study for the establishment of a smart school in the province of Najaf and that application of business profitability standards scientifically where data collection and assessment of coast and revenues and reach profitability standards of project by applying the five criteria They commercial profitability standards :-

• Standard payback period.
• Standard average internal rate of return.
• Standard net present value.
• Standard profitability guide or current yield / cost value.
• Standard internal rate of return criterion.
