          يستهدف البحث توظيف عقود المبادلات في بيئة الفندقة والسياحة، وقد تم اختيار عينة من هذا القطاع الحيوي تمثلت في ثلاثة فنادق مسجلة في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية لمعالجة مشكلة البحث التي تتعلق بالكشف عن الية توظيف عقود المبادلات في هذا القطاع الحيوي من الناحية الفكرية ومن الناحية التطبيقية ولسد النقص الحاصل في الدراسات المهمة لهذا المجال المالي. وقد استخدم البحث ادوات مالية لهذا الغرض مستنبطة من أدوات المشتقات المالية ، وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من الاستنتاجات منها (امكن توظيف عقود المبادلات في قطاع السياحة والفنادق للعينة المشمولة بالبحث وقد تبين ان توظيف عقود المبادلات تساعد في توفير التكاليف وزيادة الارباح).
