اثر ممارسة الادارة من موقع الحدث Gemba Kaizen في جودة أداء منظمات التعليم العالي "دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من التدريسيين في الجامعات الاهلية"

ان موضوع الدراسة هو من الموضوعات الحديثة التي أصبحت تمثل أهمية بالغة في الحياة الاقتصادية والإدارية للعديد من المنظمات ومنها منظمات التعليم العالي , التي تعاني من مشاكل عديدة منها ما يتعلق بجودة الاداء , فهي تبحث عن الطرائق الحديثة في الادارة ومنها الادارة من موقع الحدث لحل المشاكل . ان هدف الاساسي من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل و قياس اثر الادارة من موقع الحدث في جودة أداء الجامعات. اعتمدت الدراسة على عدد من الفرضيات في محاولة للوصول إلى إجابات عملية، و البحث عن إجابات يمكن أن تؤدي إلى حلول لرفع مستوى جودة الأداء من خلال استخدام الادارة من موقع الحدث. كما تم اختيارعينة من التدريسين في الجامعات الاهلية منها كلية المستقبل الجامعة الاهلية في بابل و الكلية الإسلامية الجامعة الاهلية في النجف الاشرف , مجالا لإجراء الجانب الميداني للدراسة، استخدمت استمارة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من الأفراد عينة الدراسة المكونة من 62 تدريسي. توصلت الدراسة إلى ان مبدأ الادارة من موقع الحدث لها اثر كبير على جودة الاداء , و على الجامعات التركيز على هذا المبدأ لحل مشاكلها.
Abstract
The subject of the study is one of the modern subjects that has become a paramount importance in the economic and administrative life of many organizations, including higher education organizations, which suffer from several problems including those related to the quality of performance, they are looking for modern methods in the basic objective of this study is to analyze and measure the impact of Gemba Kaizen n the quality of universities performance. The study relied on a number of assumptions in an attempt to get parctical the answers that can lead to solutions to raise the quality level of performance through using Gemba Kaizen. As a sample of the teaching staff in both private universities choose college future private university in Babylon and the College Islamic private University in Najaf, scope for the field side of the study, used the questionnaire as the main tool to collect data from individual sample study consisting of 62 teaching. The study found that Gemba Kaizen principle has a significant impact on the quality of performance, and the universities must focus on this principle to solve their problems.
