التعافي الاستراتيجي كمدخل لمنظمات الاعمال في ظل بناء شخصية المنظمة - دراسة تحليلية في عدد من المنظمات الصناعية في محافظة النجف الأشرف

     سعى البحث في الوقوف على مفهوم التعافي الاستراتيجي وبيان أهميته واهدافه وماهي عناصر التعافي الاستراتيجي، وبعد أن استعرضنا آراء الكتاب والباحثين بخصوص التفاصيل المشار إليها، وجد ان موضوع التعافي الاستراتيجي من المواضيع الحديثة التي لم تشر اليها البحوث والدراسات إلا القليل. كما تم الوقوف على مفهوم شخصية المنظمة  وما يتعلق بها من أبعاد ومرتكزات ،  ثم القيام على معرفة حقيقة الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه التعافي الاستراتيجي في بناء ودعم شخصية المنظمة،  وقد اختير البحث لهذا الغرض عدداً من المنظمات الصناعية  في مدينة النجف الأشرف  للبحث، وقام بتحصيل مايستلزم من البيانات من عينة من المديرين في هذا المجتمع بواسطة استمارة استبانة خاصة أعدّت لأغراض البحث وقد تم توزيعها على عينة مقدارها (60) مديراً.

     وبعد أن تمت معالجة هذه البيانات إحصائياً في إطار علاقتي الارتباط والأثر، توصل الباحثان إلى إثبات معنوية وايجابية هاتين العلاقتين، واللتين قدم في ضوئهما جملة من المقترحات لعل من أهمها ضرورة إجراء البحث من جديد في منظمات أخرى للفت انتباه الإدارات فيها لأهمية التعافي الاستراتيجي بوصفه يمكن أن يسهم في بناء المنظمات نحو الأفضل وتحسن من مستوى ادائها.

Abstract

     Sought Search stand on the concept of strategic recovery and its importance and its objectives and what are the elements of the strategic recovery, and having reviewed the views of writers and researchers about the details referred to, he found that the issue of the strategic recovery from the recent threads that made no mention of her research and studies very little. As has been standing on the concept of personal organization and related dimensions and pillars, then do the truth about the role that could be played strategic recovery in the construction and support organization personality, was chosen search for this purpose a number of industrial organizations in the holy city of Najaf to the research, and the collection of the requires data from a sample of managers in this community by a special form questionnaire prepared for the purposes of research has been distributed to the amount of sample (60) managers.

     After that has been addressed this data statistically significant in the context of relationship engagement and impact, reaching the researchers to demonstrate moral and positive these two relationships, and two feet in the light of a number of proposals, most notably the need to conduct a new search in other organizations to draw the attention of the departments in which the importance of the strategic recovery as can be contribute to building organizations for the better and improve their level of performance.
