يسعى البحث الى حل مشكلة عدم وضوح الرؤية في العراق لتحديد مفهوم التعاون والمنظمات التعاونية، وتوصيفه علمياً وتحديد اختصاصه المعرفي، وتميز المنظمة التعاونية بمبادئها الخاصة التي تجعلها تختلف عن باقي منظمات الأعمال، وبيان مدى إمكانية المنظمات التعاونية في حل بعض مشكلات العراق الجديد.
