المستخلص
تناول البحث موضوع مكونات(الحمض النووي للمنظمات)، إذ يتميز هذا الموضوع بالحداثة في الد ا رسات والبحوث المحلية
والعربية على المستويين النظري والتطبيقي إذ يعدُّ الحمض النووي للمنظمات الأداة التي تساعد الإدارة في تحديد المشكلات
وتصنيفاتها تبعاً لأولوياتها وتكييف الإدارة لحل تلك المشكلات من خلال توفير البيانات اللازمة وتم ربط العوامل التي تحدد
شخصية المنظمة بصحة المنظمات وٕاب ا رز أثر المكونات الأربعة للحمض النووي في نجاح المنظمات وهدف البحث الى
بناء إطار معرفي لموضوعات(الحمض النووي التنظيمي، وصحة المنظمات) ومتغي ا رتها، عبر تتبع المسا ا رت التنظيرية
للأدبيات المتخصصة، والربط بينها ميدانياً في إطار البحث الميداني،وكيفية الاستفادة من هذا الربط، وتم اختيار عينة
عشوائية مكونة من ثلاثين طبيباً من منتسبي مستشفى مرجان التعليمي.
Abstract
The research topic determinants of personal organization (DNA organizations), as
characterized by the subject modernity in studies and research of local and Arab theoretical
and practical as it is the DNA of organizations tool that helps management in identifying
problems and classifications depending on priorities and adapt management to solve these
problems by providing necessary data has been linked to factors that determine personal
organization process configuration knowledge new regulatory and highlighting the impact of
the four components of the DNA in the process of formation of organizational knowledge
new research is an attempt to provide the right tool that helps organizations to discover
mistakes and diagnose problems..
