About the Journal

The Kufa Journal of Legal and Political Sciences is a peer-reviewed scientific periodical journal published by the College of Law at the University of Kufa, specializing in legal studies and political sciences, and available in both Arabic and English. All research papers published in the Kufa Journal of Legal and Political Sciences are subject to the rules of scientific evaluation and a comprehensive review by arbitrators. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global knowledge exchange. To submit research for publication in the journal, the research submitted for publication must not have been previously submitted for publication, accepted for publication, or published in another journal. All research submitted to the Kufa Journal of Legal and Political Sciences is examined for plagiarism to ensure its originality. Plagiarism is not permitted, as it is considered an unethical behavior. All research is subject to scientific evaluation by a specialist, and the author(s) must make all corrections. The research will not be published if the referees reject it.
