Physical education is one of these fields and is a tool for upbringing and building generations in a way that reflects positively on the development of society culturally, scientifically and socially. It is no longer just a means of occupying the leisure time of young people, but rather it contributes to developing their abilities and providing them with experiences that qualify them physically, mentally and socially as good citizens in their societies. It is It seeks to instill sound social values and morals in young people, such as responsibility, control, order, love of work, orientation towards the values desired by society, and respect for the opinions and rights of others.
Since its inception, the Scouting movement has relied on non-discrimination between individuals in terms of creed, gender, or color, so its activities have spread throughout the world. Practicing Scouting activities through educational and social methods affects the individual and gives him sound attitudes and values that make him compatible with himself and with the members of the society in which he lives. The various scouting activities play an important role in developing the various interests of students of different age groups. If a person loses his ability to enjoy any aspect of life, these activities compensate him by making him feel his potential during practice and sometimes even make him excel over others.
From the above, the importance of research lies in revealing the behavior of the leader inside and outside the scout camps, his relationship with his colleagues inside the camps and with the community outside the camp, and the level of evaluation he obtained through his participation in the scout camps, which leads to developing his performance and then developing the scouting movement because of its importance in Serving the Iraqi community.
